Appeal by Jean's Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc., and separate appeals by John H. Vignec and Mary Vignec from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 9, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Mary Vignec, as executrix of the estate of John H. Vignec, is substituted for the deceased appellant, John H. Vignec, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 16, 2013, and the respondents' brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
