| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to modify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2012, which granted a stay of execution of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 22, 2012, on certain conditions, by deleting condition number four which prohibits the appellant from operating a motor vehicle.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and upon hearing the attorneys for the parties, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
