Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate an order on application of this Court dated May 16, 2013, which granted the respondent's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered August 19, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
