Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both rendered April 1, 2009, and an amended judgment of the same court rendered January 25, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until September 3, 2013, and the respondent's supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
