Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue an appeal, by permission, from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated March 31, 2010, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 15, 2013. Application by the District Attorneys of Westchester, Kings, Queens, Richmond, and Nassau Counties for leave to submit papers in support of the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
