Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 22, 2012, and October 11, 2012, respectively.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 21, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
