On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 29, 2013, in the above-entitled proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 2, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 1, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "September 23, 2013."
