| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal, by permission, from a decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 15, 2011, which dismissed appeals from an order and a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, both entered June 4, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 23, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
