The People, etc., respondent,

v Carlos A. Palencia, appellant.

(Ind. No. 1490/12)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Carlos A. Palencia from two decisions of the County Court, Nassau County, dated April 25, 2013, and June 10, 2013, respectively, and a jury verdict of the same court rendered on June 11, 2013. By order to show cause dated July 9, 2013, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that no appeal lies from the decisions dated April 25, 2013, and June 10, 2013, or the jury verdict rendered June 11, 2013.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed (see CPL 450.10; 450.15).

RIVERA, J.P., LEVENTHAL, CHAMBERS and HINDS-RADIX, JJ., concur.
