It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 14, 2013 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date July 15, 2013 and inserting in place thereof the date November 12, 2013.
Memorandum: The direct appeal should be perfected within the time frame set forth in this order.
