Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered August 4, 2006,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Lori Robb Monaghan, Esq. sworn to July 26, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 28, 2013 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date July 29, 2013 and inserting in place thereof the date November 14, 2013, and
It is further ORDERED that Lori Robb Monaghan, Esq., is relieved of her assignment to represent the appellant, and
It is further ORDERED that Shirley Gorman, Esq. P.O. Box 629, 19 Market Street, Brockport, New York 14420, is substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from the judgment of Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered on August 4, 2006, in place of Lori Robb Monaghan, Esq., and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one record as defined by 22 NYCRR 1000.3 (c) (1) and ten copies of appellant's brief reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Monroe is directed to provide Shirley Gorman, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
