Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals from the orders of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on March 29, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00220), October 3, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00909), November 16, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00910), November 21, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00911), and December 10, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00912),
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to July 25, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before October 18, 2013, and in the event of failure to perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal from the order entered March 29, 2012, will be granted.
