It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeal of Eric Roger, M.D., University of Buffalo Neuosurgery, Inc., Thomas M. Kowalak, M.D., FDR Medical Services P.C., and Elad I. Levy, M.D. is granted and the appeal is dismissed without further order unless the appeal is perfected on or before October 10, 2013, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise granted, and all other appeals taken herein are dismissed without costs.
