| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to modify the appellant's visitation with the subject child on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 15, 2013. Cross motion by the appellant for an attorney's fee and to impose a sanction upon the respondent. Separate motion by the respondent, inter alia, to strike the affirmation of the attorney for the child filed in connection with her motion to modify the appellant's visitation with the subject child. Cross motion by the appellant for an attorney's fee and to impose a sanction upon the respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motions, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions and the cross motions are denied.
