The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Allstate Properties, LLC, Appellant.

Motion by respondent on an appeal from judgments of the Justice Court of the Village of Hempstead, Nassau County, rendered June 6, 2011, to expunge portions of appellant's reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
