Motion by appellant to consolidate the above-captioned appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 21, 2012 (Appeal No. 2013-840 K C) and April 4, 2013 (Appeal No. 2013-1515 K C), respectively. Separate motion by respondents to dismiss the appeal from the order entered April 4, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motion and respondents' motion are consolidated for the purpose of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondents' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted only to the extent that the appeals may be perfected with a single brief bearing both appeal numbers and that there shall be oral argument, if requested, on both appeals at the same time (see Rules of the App Term, 2d, 11th & 13th Jud Dists [22 NYCRR] § 731.5 [b] [2]).
