DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Law Office of Maurice Chayt, P.C., Respondent, v Regina Farage, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered November 22, 2010, to "reconstruct the exhibits and/or deem this matter a mistrial," and to stay enforcement of the judgment pending the determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and appellant shall file and serve her brief on or before October 4, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before October 4, 2013, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person; and it is further,

ORDERED that the remaining branches of the motion are denied.
