| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated May 24, 2012, and May 7, 2013, respectively, and to enlarge the time to serve and file one brief in response to both appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals and file one respondents' brief with respect to both appeals are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file separate briefs for each appeal is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file the briefs is enlarged until October 21, 2013, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
