Renewed motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, rendered June 7, 2011, to be furnished with additional trial transcripts as well as the presentence report to aid in the preparation of her pro se supplemental brief and, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appellant has filed her pro se supplemental brief.
