| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant Myles Sokolof pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 17, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time of Myles Sokolof to perfect his appeal is granted and the applicant's time to perfect his appeal is enlarged until October 15, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time of the appellants 110 Washington, LLC, Pleasantville Dental, PC, Westchester Dental, P.C., doing business as NY Dental Specialties Group, and Marble Dental, LLC, is denied, without prejudice to renew, upon an application made by an attorney representing those appellants (see CPLR 321[a]).
