Motion by the appellant to enjoin the respondent Building Inspector, Town of Mount Pleasant, from proceeding with a certain enforcement proceeding pending in the Justice Court of the Town of Mount Pleasant pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 16, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
