Motion by Steven C. Davidson to be relieved of an assignment to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered February 3, 2012, and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 25, 2013, which relieved Steven C. Davidson as counsel for the appellant and assigned new counsel to prosecute the appeal.
