ORDERED that the decision and order on motion and the scheduling order of this Court, both dated August 22, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated July 19, 2013, are amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
