| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file an appendix to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 26, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's supplemental appendix shall be served and filed on or before October 7, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until November 6, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
