Motion by Ira Stevens for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 8, 2012, and September 7, 2012, respectively, in an action entitled Elam v Altered Ego Realty Holding Corp., and an appeal from an order of the same court dated December 11, 2012, in an action entitled Stevens v Communicare Properties, LLC, and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal in Stevens v Altered Ego Realty Holding Corp., Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-04907, is granted and that appeal shall be calendared expeditiously; and it is further,
ORDERED thst the motion is otherwise denied.
