DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 14, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the order is also deemed to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 23, 2012 (see CPLR 5501[c]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 24, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
