Motion by the plaintiff-respondent to disqualify Lynn, Gartner, Dunne & Covello, LLP, as counsel for the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 20, 2012. Cross motion by the appellants to impose a sanction upon the plaintiff-respondent and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
