Motion by the respondent Venetian Circle, LLC, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 22, 2013, inter alia, to vacate a stay granted by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 16, 2013, which, inter alia, stayed the appellants' eviction from the subject premises.
