| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 28, 2012, for leave to file a record and supplemental record, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record and supplemental record, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until September 27, 2013, and on or before that date the appellant shall file the record and the supplemental record in the form annexed to the motion papers, serve the supplemental record, and file the appellant's brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 28, 2013, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
