Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated June 17, 2013, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County entered October 25, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal is granted and the dismissal is hereby vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion that appellant shall serve and file their brief on or before September 6, 2013.
