Motion by plaintiff for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to defendant's motion for leave to reargue his prior application for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated March 6, 2012, which prior application was denied by decision and order on application of this court dated July 13, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that plaintiff's motion is granted and the opposing papers are deemed timely served and filed.
