The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Don Alan McLaughlin, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, rendered October 4, 2011 and, in effect, for an order waiving the costs of additional transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an order waiving the costs of additional transcripts is denied as moot.
