Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the judgments of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered January 9, 2009, and July 10, 2009, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of William T. Easton, Esq. dated August 1, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that appellant perfect the appeals on or before November 4, 2013, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeals from the judgments rendered January 9, 2009 and July 10, 2009 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the appellant is permitted to file a 90 page brief.
