Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to strike pages 206 through 224 of the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered July 31, 2012, on the ground that they contain matter dehors the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before September 27, 2013, the appellants shall remove pages 206 through 224 of the copies of the record on appeal filed with the Clerk of the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
