SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals by Edmund T. Welch from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated November 16, 2012. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time for the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeals is enlarged until October 4, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
