On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 20, 2013, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered April 20, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the dated "August 27, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "August 30, 2013."
