Application by the appellant Moinuddin Ahmed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, both dated July 20, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the appellant Moinuddin Ahmed to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged, and the supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of this Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
