| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the Westchester County Support Collection Unit from disbursing the basic child support obligation that it collects from him, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 11, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the Westchester County Support Collection Unit from disbursing the basic child support obligation that it collects from the appellant is granted, and the Westchester County Support Collection Unit is stayed from disbursing the basic child support obligation that it collects from the appellant for support of the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
