Motion by Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem to relieve counsel assigned prosecute an appeal from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated February 2, 2012, and to be assigned as counsel for the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to moving to relieve assigned counsel and to be substituted as pro bono counsel for the appellant.
