Motion by the appellant pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel in connection with a proposed application for a writ of error coram noblis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated April 10, 2000, affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 2, 1997.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
