Motion by Erie Insurance Exchange to stay all discovery pertaining to the claim by Archstone for bad faith against it on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 7, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all discovery pertaining to the claim by Archstone for bad faith against Erie Insurance Exchange is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
