Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Wyoming County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on February 2, 2012, and March 28, 2012, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jane E. Monaghan, Esq., dated August 12, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Michael Steinberg, Esq., dated August 26, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 11, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
