DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 20, 2013, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal. Separate motions by Robert W. Alexander and Ramya Ravindran, attorneys in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondents on the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motions to be admitted pro hac vice and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions to be admitted pro hac vice are granted.
