Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated August 21, 2013, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal and the pending motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated August 21, 2013, are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, for determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with this appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts.
