| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to stay enforcement of a decision and order of this Court dated June 19, 2013, which determined an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 10, 2011, pending certain proceedings in the Family Court, Kings County, regarding the issues of custody and relocation. Separate motion by the attorney for the child for leave to reargue the appeal from the order dated August 10, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
