Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file respondents' briefs on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 7, 2012, and December 10, 2012, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 23, 2013, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before October 14, 2013.
