Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 6, 2012, and February 24, 2012, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated July 9, 2012, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's replacement appendix and the appellant's supplemental appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
