| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 5, 2013, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that custody of the subject child shall remain with the appellant and the respondent shall continue to exercise visitation with the subject child in accordance with the terms of an order of visitation of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 30, 2004, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
