Motion by appellants to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 15, 2013 (appeal No. 2013-1507 Q C), with an appeal from an order of the same court entered February 19, 2013 (appeal No. 2013-827 Q C).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated under appeal No. 2013-827 Q C, and the consolidated appeal shall be perfected by October 31, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the consolidated appeal is not perfected on or before October 31, 2013, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the consolidated appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the consolidated appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
