Appeals by Nicole Edwards from two decisions of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 1, 2013, and May 6, 2013, respectively, and an order of the same court dated May 16, 2013.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's notice of appeal from the order dated May 16, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-07166), is treated as an application for leave to appeal to this Court from that order and leave to appeal is granted (see CPLR 5520[b]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals from the decisions (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2013-07168 and 2013-07169) are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509).
